H1B Extension approved but Stay of Extension is denied

Recently my H1B extension approved but stay of extension is not approved(received a mail 15th Sept 2018) but still discussions are going on). My employer asked me to leave the country and re-enter with valid stamping. Here the concern is, i have a month old kid and i cant leave the country within a short period of time. Can you please suggest the best possible way for me to stay here till my kid get 3 months of age to travel. if not, till how many days can i stay here ?  after that i can leave and re-enter with valid stamping.

When does your current I-94 expire? If your I-94 is valid you can stay until a time that its valid then leave and reenter. If it has expired, you need to leave asap.
