MAGIC KID Posted September 21, 2018 Report Share Posted September 21, 2018 Hello All, I had to travel to India because of Family Emergency and I am planning to return back to US in one week. I have H-1b valid untill March 15 2019 and my visa is stamped in the passport until March 15 2019. My Employer filed an H-1b Amendment + Extension because of change in client. I recently received an RFE on the H-1b Amendment. My question is Can I travel back to the US with my H-1b Amendment pending with RFE. What Questions will be asked at the port of entry.
