goodh1b Posted September 20, 2018 Report Share Posted September 20, 2018 Hi, I have joined a new company on the receipt where my h1b transfer was filed after sept 11. this is my 5th year on h1b and with no green card processing. the company has filed my transfer with all necessary documents however, I wanted to know what scenario I have to face if it gets denied. I know there will be direct denial without RFE. My question is what steps I have to take in that situation. should I have to travel back to India within 10 days or will I have to face any legal proceedings for which I need to stay back here? does the new company helps me in this regard or I should face it all alone? thanks in advance Link to comment
