Hi,

I have approved I140 in EB3 with PD 2 Feb 2009 and then changed the company.This new company filed I 140 under EB2 on 22 sep 2010.It is still pending.Any body in the same boat. I am a non IT and qualified to apply for I 140 as the first step in GC.
