Withdraw H1B Extension petition and file a new one

Hi,

Currently i am on H1B visa has stamped visa till 31st Jan' 2019. My Employer had filed an amendment along with Extension with Client A, it is in received status. Now I got released from that client A and got another opportunity with client B in another location. What are the steps to be taken to work for Client B? Help is appreciated.
