Rana2018 Posted September 11, 2018 Report Share Posted September 11, 2018 Hi , iam in h1b. i am having issues with my employer, he is not giving my pay stubs, not even online logins,and not paying my salary. on time also,each month i have to beg him for my salary,kept lot of emails,messages. don't know what else to do. I am thinking to complaint to labor department, but can i do that anonymously ,please suggest me something. Link to comment

NotAnAttorney Posted September 12, 2018 Report Share Posted September 12, 2018 Have a word with your employer that you are considering complaining to DOL and also seeking attorney assistance for this process. That would alert him and most likely clear all dues and start paying on time. I think this company is a shady consultancy, you should talk in a way that they get warned. Link to comment
