H1B Extension with different secondary address

Hi Team,

My H1B extension case is getting prepared and wanted to do in premium but since it has already cross deadline of 9/11 post which only extensions at Nebraska are considered for premium processing. 

I am with same employer and same client/work location but my previous petition had my work location and secondary home address and secondary home address has changed since then but since it was less than 50 miles there wasn't any amendment. Now during extension since my work location is same but secondary home address is different will I be applicable for premium processing as an extension case or this would be considered as different employment and won't be eligible for premium processing?
