EB1-C (Multinational Manager) - Switching jobs, Starting own company, etc

I received my Green Card through employment recently, in EB1-C (Multinational Manager) category which is for multinational category.
I want to know:

• If the category (EB1C) through which I got the greencard puts any restrictions on changing jobs
• If I can working multiple jobs at the same time
• If I can incorporate my own company

Any advice would be helpful.
