EB2 to EB1C with H1b

 I have query regarding my eligibility under EB1C Category. I am working with my current organization since Jun 2009 (India:2009- 2013)(US: 2014-till date). I worked as Manager during May 2010 to Dec 2012 in India. Later on company filed my H1b as Technical Lead and i moved to USA on this role.  In Nov, 2015 Company file my green card in EB2 category. Now company is promoting me as Manager, and i would like to know that, am i eligible under EB1C category? One thing which need to be consider that, my manger experience is not mentioned during filling of H1b and Eb2. 

 Can you please advise me?
