Details Company A applied for my H1b visa and I got selected in the H1B lottery this year but it’s not approved yet. I have a job offer from Company B and they want me to join them in 3 months. Now that PP is suspended for H1B transfer, it might take over 3 months to transfer my H1B, and I’m not sure if my new employer would wait that long. What’s my best option? 1) Should I withdraw H1b and join Company B on Post Completion OPT? 2) Should I start working at B right after h1b transfer receipt notice? If Company A withdraws my h1b petition before my transfer is approved, does that affect the transfer? Link to comment
