Traveled to Canada during COS H4 to H1

I am on H4 EAD which is valid until 2021. I traveled to Canada first week of May, this was before I came to know my H1B application has been picked in the lottery system and that COS has been filed.

I have some queries as below.

1. Does this travel out of the country will have any impact on my application/Petition?

2. Can I travel to India and get my H4 stamped in December even if my H1b petition has been approved (assuming COS is declined)?

3. Can I use the H1B petition anytime after my travel back to the USA (assuming H1B has been approved)?
