H1B visa interview rescheduling

I'm travelling to India and will be going for H1B stamping in Mumbai(This is my first renewal). I have already scheduled a date at the end of Sept as no prior dates were available when i was selecting slots.

I'm unable to see any dates in Sept now when i try to reschedule. I'm trying this since last few days and the customer care says they can't comment on slots.

Do i need to cancel my current appointment to see any available(cancelled) appointment dates in Sept?

Can someone let me know of the current available dates in Mumbai.

I can see that for Maharashtra : First Available Appointment Is Tuesday Sept 25, 2018.Do not cancel the current appointment. you should be able to look at other dates. May be site maintenance is going on.Try later.

No cancellation needed. You can see available appointments after login without confirmation. Keep looking as they update frequently and they try not to show too advance. My experience is that they sometime open slot just a few days ahead when other candidates cancel.
