Should I go for 140 premium processing

Hi,

My labor just got approved and I have Sep 2009 priority date (due to previous approved labor). Now I have to file 140 and my category will be EB2 (India citizen).  I am wondering  looking at my priority date,  does it make sense to file my 140 in premium processing. Reason for this is if 485 filing date become current, I will be able  to file 485. It will make me eligible to get EAD even though date doesn't become current for obtaining GC. 

Can someone please comment this is good idea and worth spending extra money.
