Hi,

1) what questions are expected at the time of interview with respect to job location eg., if the employer and employee location (client site) are different?

2) what are the complications if the employee completed the assignment @client site at the time interview?

Thankyou for clarifying and appreciate your help.

Hi,

Misspelled father's name on I485 form and didn't notice before submitting. Got interview notice.

So,

1)Can any missing/incorrect info be corrected at I485 interview?

2) Is there any other way to correct before interview?

3) Is there any adverse affect in the process if tell the interview officer about this or will there be any delay in processing?

4) Can I correct the form and take a print out give that during the interview,is this allowed? to save time.

Thanks in advance

An employment-based AOS interview will discuss the particulars of the green card job offer. Unlike an H1B, the green card offer is not always tied to a particular location (you will need to review the specifics of your offer), but rather may be focused on the employer and position. Call our office to discuss this in detail.

Typically, you can correct this error in response to an RFE, or at the interview.
