H4 Visa Expired (X-Husband ) and applying new H4 with my new Husband

I am going to marry a girl who already divorced and went back to India from US, Currently her old H4 visa is invalid( which she got through her X-husband)... Now, am planning to apply new H-4 visa with my current h1-b petition.  Am also divorced but my X-wife was not under H4, she had her own h1b visa... this is the first time am planning to apply H4 visa for my second wife...  We both have all the papers and planning to get marriage registered certificate. 

Am bit worried , will be there much questions or any difficulties during interview about her old H4 visa etc.... 

Will be appreciate if anyone suggest the right path ...  thank you

Visa officers have access to previous applications and interview responses. If her previous H4, her ex-spouse's H1b, and your H1b are all without issues, she should be fine. Her old H4 may or may not come up, that'll be up to the CO.
