Relative status on form Ds-160 for Parents vistor visa application

I am on my 11th year H1-B with an approved I-140. This will be my parents first vistor visa renewal after my I-140 was approved. 
On their form ds-160 for the question “Relative Status: 
Us citizen 
Legal resident 
Non-immigrant 
Other/I don’t know” 

Should their answer be “non-immigrant” or”other/I don’t know”? 

Since its h1-b it’s still a non-immigrant status, but with I-140 approved it shows immigration intent, so not sure how to answer that question.
