Wife traveled to India on H4 while extension is pending and traveling back to USA

My Current H1 and H4 valid till end of August. Extension has applied in mid May for both h1 and h4.

Wife traveled to india in June and returning on 27 July .current visa is stamped and valid till end of August. I-94 issued is valid till 03-Sept.

Will there be any issue while coming back from India ? She has the petitions . Current Extension status is "case received".

Please reply with your suggestions.
