After application, after receiving receipt, or on approval? Does the H1B status pause on application of COS? What are the odds of H4 and H4 EAD be adjudicated along with H1B premium transfer? Is the risk worthwhile or is it recommended to go to home country for H4 stamping at a US Consulate? Link to comment
