I have accepted an offer with company B, who will be starting the H1-B transfer soon under regular processing. I have a planned vacation coming up in the mid-August, where I would be traveling outside the country. I wanted to know if the H1-B transfer could impact me entering back ? Do I need to reach a certain point or milestone in the transfer process to be "safe" ? Link to comment
