Can employer file H1B for H4 EAD candidate having Masters Degree?

Hello there, 

I am currently on F1 OPT. My husband has I-140 approved. I am planning to convert to H4 EAD so it is easy to find a job rather than on OPT. After converting to H4 EAD, when my employer decides to file for H1B application next year, would I be considered under masters quota since I have a Masters degree? 

Please advise.?

If your Master's degree is from an accredited, public or non-profit private US university, sure.
