Change of Client name- Location is same: F1-OPT Extension-Got picked in Lottery

Good morning

 

I have got picked in the H1-B lottery but not approved yet. My Client location is same as before but only the name is changed from A to B. My email address is still from my company A as the transition needs some time. But my managers are giving out client letters with letterheads from company B(new company). When should I report this change to my university via i-983 form? Should I wait for the approval and then report the change? My LCA is same as the location has not changed. Also Company B had acquired company A in 2014 itself but only few months back company A officially changed its name to company B. 

 

 

Can you please give any advise?
