KK57 Posted June 19, 2018 Report Share Posted June 19, 2018 I am currently on L1B in USA and due to complete 5 years in Feb 2019. I have an approved I140 from same employer as L1B. Can a H1B be applied in April 2019 and if approved, can I come back to US in Oct'19? Or should I stay outside US for 1 full year to even apply for H1b in April'19? Link to comment
