I'm FTE with American healthcare company. Does anybody has any experiences with this. Any consequences and probability of Visa approval.. Right now my case in under administrative processing.. I was fired by my previous employer (FTE in Insurance Company) due to conflict on interest and Visa officer asked about it. And asked to give the statement why that happened. Still surprised how DHS was notified about it. I gave the true statement how conflict of interest was created and said it was a honest mistake made from me. Link to comment
