1-140 REVOKE PRIORITY DATE CAPTURE

Hello All , 

My labor was filed in 2012 and was approved , my I-140 had an RFE which was seeking for equivalent educational US degree as my University was not accredited in USA for my Masters . Anyway, my employer never answered my RFE and it was never told to me as i was in india for 2 yrs due to personal reasons . When i came back in 2015 , i came to know this was never answered . But the educational requirements that they required in RFE is what i have . All i am trying to do is to re-open this case and capture the priority date .Can i do that ?? I dont want to miss that 6 yrs old Priority date .Please advice .

Since the RFE wasn't answered, the I-140 was denied. It is gone.
