Vijay Vank Posted June 11, 2018 Report Share Posted June 11, 2018 Hello, my question is my wife is heading to india and would be going for visa stamping.We have a approved petition till Sept 2019.I changed a client now with the same employer and hence amendment has been filed and in process.The approved petition was when i was with a specific client for 3 years.I moved to another project before the one I am in right now for a 3 months which extended to 7 months.But we had not filed amendment to that since I worked from home completely.Would this create issues for H4 visa stamping for my wife and son?The reason I am asking this is H4 needs to take my w2 and pay Stubbs when h shows the other location tax details.This is a urgent help.Please respond.
