Where to go for stamping for either canada or hyd

HI,

my brother marriage in the month of august 20th 2018..so i would like to go india but i need to go stamping.Please can you suggest either canada or india which will be best place to go..First time also i went to canada for stamping..just fyi.

Right now my canada visa also expired i need to apply again if i need to go canada do you think i have time to go or if i can apply how many days i may get ?Is there any way i can get within less time? or should i go india for stamping?
