samarsandhu Posted May 30, 2018 Report Share Posted May 30, 2018 does cspa apply on derivative applicants in f4 petition ? one of my friend has applied i-130 for her brother in 2004 f4 india . now her brother family got visa and now in usa and waiting for green card but one of his family member got refusal just because her age out . what should she do ? any chance for that girl to come usa with parents . her age is 26 . can she appeal ?
