EB1 - GC Interview

Hi,

My GC was filed in Feb-2018 under EB1. Received my EAD on 2nd week of May.

1. Now, As per the new rule, does all GC candidates have to undergo the personal interview? or is it random selection of applicants for GC interview ? Or is it like all the GC applications after Oct-2017 have to undergo interview?

2. If yes, when we can expect the interview?
