I-765 Pending for more than 4 months

Hi,

My employment based I-765, I-485, I-130 was filed concurrently with I-140 on 12.11.17. PD is current. My i-765 is still pending for more than 4 months now. I got RFE for I-140 and after response it was approved on March 7th of 2018. Now, when I raised SR for I-765, they sent a mail saying that it is under "Extended Review" . What does that means? This is so frustrating for me , Any thoughts will be highly appreciated.
