CR (Clearance Received) Notation in stamp - Future stamping related Info

Hi,

3 years back, I got 221g in a India consulate.I have CR notation in stamp when I recieved the stamping succesfully.

Next time if I go to stamping - should I get stamping done from India only or can I go to any other country like Canada or Mexico etc..?

Please let us know if you have any experience on the same.
