sjegc Posted April 23, 2018 Report Share Posted April 23, 2018 Hello, I am a J-2 dependent who has been renewing my EAD for the past four years. I had to update my passport this year (Canadian), and in doing so updated it to my married name. I have not left the country since receiving my new passport and therefore do not have an updated i-94 in new passport. New passport has my married name and old passport has maiden name; do I need to have an i-94 in my new passport or can I include a copy of my old passport with i-94 and my marriage license?Additionally, my new DS-2019 has my maiden name. Will this pose an issue? Link to comment
