H1B Transfer waiting for 8 months...options?

Last time Visa stamped with EmpA have validity date upto 30Sep2018 and I-94 have date 10Oct2018.

Joined EmpB on H1B transfer receipt on 05Sep2017. Got RFE and EmpB responded to it on Dec2017. Case is still pending for the result. Urgent guidance needed please:

Queries:

1.      Is my I-94 (from EmpA dated 30Sep2018) is still VALID if my EmpA VISA approval got revoked on 30March2018?

2.      Before EmpB results, Is it recommended option to apply for H1B Transfer from EmpC to be in status?

3.      Will it be ok to file H1B Transfer though EmpC after getting EmpB rejection (It is being  230 days I joined EmpB and EmpA Visa is revoked)?

4.       If EmpB H1B Transfer got rejected, what are the next steps to stay in “Status”? Can EmpB refile my H1B with my job continuation?

5.       Should I file visa I-129 immediately through EmpC? Will it help me to be in Status if Emb got a rejection? How EmpB result impact on EmpC approval?

6.       H4 transfer is not filed for a family yet. Can they travel to India and return back on 01-AUG-2018 without restamping(on old stamped Visa thr EmpA)? Is Stamping in India needed/possible in case EmpB get approved I-797?
