AlwynC Posted April 16, 2018 Report Share Posted April 16, 2018 Hi, I am in working from home outside USA since 6 months. I had to move out since my H1B 6 years was about to get maxed out. I am working directly with Employer not for any client. They are still paying me in USD. Now my I-140 is about to get approved and will soon have stamping to be done. Will my current working status raise any flags during VISA approval? How should i be preparing for the visa interview? Link to comment
