small business on H4 EAD

Hi,

I am on H4 EAD. I would like to start small business (online only) from home. What is the process?

1. Do I need register with IRS about this? If yes, what are the steps here.

2. Or Can I start off now and report IRS when I file the taxes?

3. If H4 EAD is removed later, do I need to dissolve the business or can I just suspend till I get GC status
