changing jobs before and after PERM filing

Hi! I am currently on the second term of my H1B that expires in October 2019. I recently changed my job in October 2017. My new company filed for my H1B transfer and is in process of filing my PERM Application. I have realized that I do not like the current position I am in and want to get a new job soon. How safe is it for me to change employers again at this stage? Does this affect my existing H1B transfer which is currently being processed and hasn't been approved yet? I understand that if I do get a new job, the PERM application has to start from scratch. If my current job submits my PERM application and then I get a new job where they are ready to start the process from scratch (at this stage I am assuming my H1B from the Oct 2017 transfer has still not been approved), could my case get complicated? I would appreciate any help on this topic. Please let me know if anyone needs further clarification. Thanks
