zakirhere Posted April 9, 2018 Report Share Posted April 9, 2018 Considering the late stick scrutiny for H1B applications, do you know if USCIS is sending RFE and asking for I-140 797 and eventually denies the H1b transfer? Few things: 1) I-140 related details - FOIA approval notice with "approved" stamp 2) H1b past 6 months. What are my best options as my current employer is not ready to share the I-140 documents and my future employer lawyer is not confident in filing without I-140 797 as it has good potential for denials?
