H1B Visa Stamping in Vancouver

Hi All, 

I am on H1B and I got my first visa stamping in 2014 in India which was valid till Sept 2017. I joined another company in April 2017 and when they filed for visa I got 3yrs extension which is valid till April 2020. I want to go to Vancouver this time for stamping. I have following concerns:

1. What is the visa stamping success rate in Vancouver?

2. Is it better to go to India than Canada? 

3. If I go to India for stamping, will I be eligible for dropbox since I am with different employer now than last time?

4. Anybody got stuck in Canada (bcoz of RFE/221G) longer than usual?

Suggest you to go to Matamoros Mexico. Faster and success rate is higher. 

 

Vancouver is good too , but it is a 1 week process there.

Mexico is 2 days . 1 day for fingerprints, 2nd day morning consulate interview at 8. you will receive your passport by 3.30. cross the border by 5 PM on a good day.

Very less chances for an additional day.
