Indumathi Rengaraj Posted March 28, 2018 Report Share Posted March 28, 2018 I have changed my visa status from H1b to H4(EAD). Because my H1B went on RFE when i went for stamping. I recently changed my employer after getting EAD. My ex employer have my GC processed and the Priority date is May-30-2008 on EB3. (will be current soon) My current employer also filing GC on EB2 category now. I need an advice on whether to stick with my current employer or move back to my ex employer. if i move back , will my i485 get approve without any issue (still H1b RFE is on) because i am on H4-EAD?
