drakav Posted March 25, 2018 Report Share Posted March 25, 2018 Hi, my employer filed H1B Transfer around october 2017 and got denied for speciality occupation reason in Feb 2018. They refiled again as consular processing and i recently got RFE for speciality occupation again. does anyone fall in same case? my attorney provided detailed description of my job duties and how my degree in Electronics engineering is suffice for the role. i have over 9.5 years of overall experience. this is a full time position.
