H1B Transfer & I140 validity

Hello Experts,

I am currently on H1B (I 140 approved more than 6 months ago) with company A. If I change to company B with H1B transfer what happens in the following scenarios?

1.  can company A revoke I-140 after 6 months of approval?

2. If they do revoke,  will I be able to apply for h4-EAD for my spouse on that revoked I-140?

3. should my new employer (company B) start the GC process from the scratch or which step exactly!
