rrp1984
Startup company I work for setup office only last year in the US, headquarters is in Europe had been in existence since 2001. Initially we were a three person team here, but my boss and Accounts manager (both US citizens) were dismissed recently by UK headquarters and I am only person working from US office now and I am on H1B, which is expiring July 2013. I have pushed forth the topic of green card processing to the UK headquarters and they are considering it. 1) Anyone else in such a situation with single/small workforce company applying for green card and was it successful? 2) What should me and the also the company consider before going forward with the green card petition filing processes. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated. Link to comment
skamble
The company needs to show sufficient revenue and must have paid taxes for a few years. It could be more than 2 years - not sure. It's better to apply through a well established company. Link to comment
