ashokpp83
I live in Detroit and work on H1b in Detroit. 2 Years back my I-140 was approved and my priority date was set - Jan 2016. I applied for Canadian PR and luckily it got approved and now i am debating that should i move across border to Windsor (canada) to maintain canadian PR and come to work to USA daily for work in the same company on H1B. If i do that: 1. Will there be any problem in crossing border everyday on H1B? 2. When my PD becomes current, can i still file AOS or do i need to go for consular processing? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Link to comment
vinodhts
Move to Windsor and travel everyday. also you can get Nexus card . Change your car , residence everything to canada . On entering USA normally they just check the status and there wont be any problem at all. If you drive US car and US license , canadian authorities will give you hard time. Link to comment
