Hi,

My application got picked up in lottery and raised RFE, we have submitted all the required documents, but uscis denied my application, we are waiting for  the denial latter.

 

could you please advise, do i have any options to process my application through a different vendor with same receipt number? do i need to go again lottery process?

If it is denied, it is gone.

You should find a better employer who can file in this yer's quota.
