I have question on Validity date from on H1B approval notice: H1B Transfer submitted date: May 2017 (USCIS Received Date) Old I797 expiry date: June 2017 New H1B Approval Date: Nov 2017 In the new I797 form dates are given like this: Valid from: 11/15/2017 Valid To: 11/13/2019 My Question is, Valid from date should be the date mentioned in LCA which is May 2017. Can you someone provide your thoughts on this Link to comment
