I recently joined another company and my visa transfer is in process. There is a situation in India, that I must travel. Will there be any problem while entering the USA in the above situation while my visa is still in transfer process? I am hearing many suggestions from my colleagues and friends, but not sure what to follow. Please help me in this. Link to comment
JoeF Posted February 16, 2018 Report Share Posted February 16, 2018 You would have to wait for the approval before you can enter again. If you have a valid visa, you can enter with the visa and a copy of the approval notice from the new employer. Trying to enter without the approval notice would be immigration fraud. Link to comment
