I recently got promoted to the designation of Technical/Project Manager in my company. I have approved i140 for eb2 category. When I max out in April 2019, hopefully I would get extension until 2022 (3 yrs due to approved i140). I am thinking of moving out of the US either to Canada, Costa Rica or India and work as an International manager for over a year. I would like to return to the US (as I have stamped visa for 3 yrs) and apply for EB1 category. Is this possible provided that I follow all the company rules? How feasible is this plan to port to EB1 from eb2? Would my husband also get eb1 because of me? Link to comment
