H1B visa annotated 'not valid for travel before 20th Feb

I had my H1B stamped via dropbox. Unfortunately my visa, which was issued on the 9th of Feb, was annotated 'Not valid for travel before 20th feb..'

I'm flying out on 20th night with the 1210 am flight. Is this going to be an issue at the POE or the airport?

Pappu....^_^ !! its better to change your flight and schedule arrival on or after 20th.

Check and see which date will you be landing in USA. If it is on 21st feb. you are good
