I have done decent research work and thinking to file for EB-1 A petition. My wife is on H1B with a priority date in late 2013 on EB2. We both are citizen of India. I am aware that I cannot get GC till I complete my waiver. What about my wife ? Can she get GC or she has to wait for 18 more months ? Link to comment
