Ajju k singh Posted January 6, 2018 Report Share Posted January 6, 2018 Hi Sir/Madam, I had my H1B visa interview on 10th of October and I got 221g form for some administrative process.i sent all required information to USA consulate through email. Now it's been 88 days since then but I have not received any update from USA embassy. I Need your suggestion and help regarding this. My h1b visa is going to expire on 19 march 2018 and if I will not get my visa approval before this date then it will create big problem for me.is there anyway to find the status of my case ? one more thing i want to ask is that can I file h1b extension from india in this situation.i have approved I140.
