H1b change of employer now ? Is it a good decision?

Hi ,

is it a right decision to switch employer in the current situation?

i am on h1b and completed 4 years

Personally I wouldn't worry at all if below criteria are met:

- a full time opportunity with a direct client

- minimum requirements of job are pertinent to my education and experience and would put me in a wage level 2 or above

- good pay

- not a consulting firm or so called Indian MNC's that are notorious for visa system abuse

That is just my personal opinion and things that will put me at ease when trying to further my career
